Unique opportunity with lots of room for growth and advancement. DiStefano Brothers Construction’s Concrete Coatings division is rapidly expanding throughout Rhode Island and looking for the right people to learn a new-to-the-area process.
You’ll be responsible for leading a team of 2-3 installers applying long-lasting polyurea coating to concrete. Work includes transforming plain surfaces into wonderfully finished spaces by grinding, cleaning & preparing surfaces, then applying coating system. Responsible for tracking and maintaining inventory, maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness at all times, photographing before, during and after projects. We’re a safety conscious company, so you must be able to safely
lift and carry 50+ lbs
kneel and bend repeatedly
operate small tools, machines & heavy equipment
drive a box truck or truck & trailer
A valid Driver’s License, clean driving record and a reliable vehicle are required. Medical card & trailer driving experience are a plus.
The most important skills are flexibility and communication. Hours vary each week, so some flexibility of schedule is needed. The right applicants will have a high level of professionalism, dependability and a can do attitude.
