The OIC Work Readiness Program is being held from Monday, November 14th-Wednesday, November 23rd.

The OIC Work Readiness Program is a two week program for individuals who are unemployed or underemployed. During the workshop valuable “Tools and Resources” will be presented.

Participants are coached, engaged and empowered to become highly capable and competitive candidates for employment.

The OIC Workforce Readiness Program assists individuals in developing career pathway opportunities in welding, manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, construction, financial services, healthcare, and IT.

There is no cost for your participation, you must be 18 years old, a legal Rhode Island resident, and able to communicate in English.
